Cancellation & Privacy Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Online series classes are non-refundable. Recordings will be made available for 48 hours for those that miss a class.

Private lessons (both in-person and online) must be canceled a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment start time to be eligible for rescheduling. To cancel and reschedule, email lynsey@cirqulation.com. Please note: the cost of the class will be credited to your account, not refunded. A maximum of two lessons per month can be rescheduled, all lessons must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase. Cirqulation does not issue refunds for partial months or pre-paid private lesson packages. You may cancel autopay at anytime, once you cancel you will no longer be charged the monthly fee. Cirqulation is not responsible for no-shows or missed appointments.

PRIVACY POLICY

Students are prohibited by law from recording any part of a class, workshop, private lesson, or other form of online training, whether via video recording, audio recording, or otherwise. Recordings created by Cirqulation are intended for designated students, and may not be shared or distributed in any way, with no exceptions.

Release & Waiver of Liability

CIRQULATION PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In consideration of the services of Cirqulation LLC, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as Cirqulation), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Cirqulation, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows.

1. I claim full responsibility for my own health and well-being. I will not participate in any form of training with Cirqulation unless I am in good health. If I have prior injuries, I agree to first seek the approval of a qualified medical provider before enrolling in a program of any kind with Cirqulation.

2. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.

3. I acknowledge that if am injured in any way during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Cirqulation on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein.

4. I understand that recording, whether via video, audio, or other form of recording, is strictly prohibited in classes, workshops, private lessons, consults, and all other forms of online training. I understand and certify that I will not record any session, whether in full or in part, and that I will not share or redistribute in any way a recording which has been shared with me by Cirqulation.

5. I recognize Cirqulation employees and volunteers have difficult jobs to perform. They seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of participant’s fitness, medical conditions, or abilities. They may give incomplete warnings or instructions, and the equipment being used might malfunction.

6. I acknowledge that my participation in aerial and circus training and instruction, including handbalancing, flexibility and other disciplines entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. The risk include, among other things: exposing its participants to the potential for slips and falls and falling; rope burns; pinches; scrapes, twists and jolts that could result in scratches, bruises, sprains, lacerations, fractures, concussions, or even sever life threatening hazards; strains, sprains, cuts, bruises, muscle soreness and fractures; musculoskeletal injuries including head, neck, and back; injuries to internal organs; the negligence of other people; my own physical condition; and the risk of emotional and psychological injuries or physical damage associated with this activity.

7. I give permission for my photo, video and audio to be used for promotional purposes

I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cirqulation from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in any program offered by Cirqulation, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Cirqulation.

I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read it and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
